Delete your account

Deleting your Ultrasooq account is permanent. When you delete it:

• You're signed out everywhere — on the website and in the app.
• We erase your profile, addresses, phone numbers and ID documents.
• Your products, services and community posts come down.
• Accounts linked to yours are deleted too, and your team members lose access.
• We keep only the order and invoice records the law requires, without your contact details.
• Any unused cashback is forfeited.

In the Ultrasooq app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
